Pregnancy Massage

Lucinda has trained with both Catherine McInerny for Pregnancy Massage Australia, and the amazing Suzanne Yates, from Well Mother, guru (and author) of all things to do with pregnancy and post-natal Shiatsu & Remedial Massage.

Pregnancy is such an exciting time in a woman’s life. During pregnancy, a woman’s body is in a constant state of change, your body is never static, this type of massage caters for these changes.

Lucinda can help you deal with:

  • tiredness
  • anxiety
  • lower back pain
  • puffiness
  • headaches
  • aches & pains
  • the never ending changes in your body!

During your first session with Lu, we will go through a comprehensive Pregnancy Form, all of your concerns, also covering your medical history, current health and wellbeing.

We will discuss your birth plan, for example, where you want to have your baby, who with (hospital, doula, midwife), and discuss a treatment plan, so you and your baby are well cared for.

Sometimes your care giver may be contacted, and vice versa (with your permission), so we are all on the same page to help you have the best experience possible.

It’s a lovely time to focus on self care before your baby arrives!
